and so she sees me
or so it seems
what she sees is seemingly
but really not me
'cause what she sees
is what she wants to see
and she's certainly not seeing me
she's seeing someone else
someone other than me
she's seeing who she wants to see
though she thinks she's seeing me
this leads her to believe
that she's seeing me
though we both know,
as has so been stated,
it is certainly not me
but, i will let her see who she so chooses
and hope one day she really sees me
